For inquiries about an order, complete the web form here:
- Orders placed after 12 p.m. (PST) on Fridays will not be processed for shipment until the following business day
- If the following business day falls on a holiday, your order will be processed on the following day

We offer a 30-day Money-Back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied you can return your order within 30 days from the ship date and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.
To return a product for an exchange or refund, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting Customer Service at: email@example.com or by calling using the contact information below. You are responsible for return postage fees.
For Online purchases:
- Must be returned within 30 days from date of receipt
- Must contain at least 75 percent of unused contents
- Must contain original packaging
- Must contain a note stating reason for return along with the RMA# provided by calling 888.664.2439. Your account will be credited for the purchase amount. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- Please note: There are No Refunds offered after 30 days or for Free Trials
